2023 Committees

• Architectural Committee
  Reviews all Homeowner proposals to improve or change property.  When applicable, review approval/permits by City to be submitted at time the submission of proposal.  City approval/permits and rules, regulations, ordinances, and laws proceed HOA Rules and By-Laws.

• Finance Committee
  Oversee the finances of the HOA, ensuring annual and 5 year budgets are prepared with consideration to annual due collection.  Keep Board advised of any issues including past due actions and currrent and capital finance conditions.

• Annual Maintenance Committee
  Oversee general maintenance of common areas and entrance signs.  Including lawn, trees, and paths. Interact with Capital Maintenance Committee.

• Capital Maintenance/5 Year Plan  Committee
  Prepare five year capital maintenance plan with budget.  Obtain bids accordingly and present for approval.  When approval obtained, engage and oversee project through completion.  Address issues as needed and report to Board

• Communications Committee
  Maintain the HOA website, update information and upload newsletters and information as needed.

• Events/Welcome Committee
  Provide HOA welcome letter and packet to new home owners. Handle all aspects of proposal, planning, coordinating, and holding the events for the HOA.  Events include, Christmas Light Display,Easter Egg Hunt, Picnic, Garage Sale.
